How to edit/duplicate a Policy that has been issued to employees

If a policy has been issued and signed by employees, the policy is no longer editable. Follow the below steps to Duplicate the policy.

  1. Go to HR Content Hub > Policies > My Policies, find the relevant policy.
  2. Choose the Duplicate icon from the options to the right of the policy

3. Update the name of the Duplicated Policy and hit Submit.

4. The duplicated policy will now appear within the My Policies tab

5. This version has not yet been issued and signed by any employees and is therefore editable.

6. Choose the Edit icon from the options to the right of the policy

7. Review the details on the pop out screen and select Continue

8. The policy will appear on screen and the text will be editable. Make the relevant changes and hit Save.
