How to send a policy to new starters only

  1. Go to the HR Content Hub.
  2. Select Policies.
  3. Find the policy you wish to issue to new starters.
  4. Toggle Active if the Policy is ready
  5. Select Edit from the options on the right
  6. On this screen, ensure All Employees is toggled to Select Employees
  7. Hit Continue
  8. Save the policy
  9. Toggle Issue and hit Confirm on the screen that opens
  10. The Show to New Employees toggle will now appear - Toggle this on
  11. Press Confirm on the screen that opens

The policy will now be issued to any new starters set up on HRDuo.


Note:

  • A policy will need to have the 'Active' toggle on in order for the 'Publish' and 'Issue' toggles to appear.
  • The 'Publish' toggle will not appear if a policy type has not been added.
  • The 'Show to New Employees' toggle will only appear once the 'Issue' toggle has been turned on.
