How to send a policy to new starters only
- Go to the HR Content Hub.
- Select Policies.
- Find the policy you wish to issue to new starters.
- Toggle Active if the Policy is ready
- Select Edit from the options on the right
- On this screen, ensure All Employees is toggled to Select Employees
- Hit Continue
- Save the policy
- Toggle Issue and hit Confirm on the screen that opens
- The Show to New Employees toggle will now appear - Toggle this on
- Press Confirm on the screen that opens
The policy will now be issued to any new starters set up on HRDuo.
Note:
- A policy will need to have the 'Active' toggle on in order for the 'Publish' and 'Issue' toggles to appear.
- The 'Publish' toggle will not appear if a policy type has not been added.
- The 'Show to New Employees' toggle will only appear once the 'Issue' toggle has been turned on.
