      Choose Link Tracker - Divert applicants to apply via RecruitDuo

      When a job is created on RecruitDuo, a link becomes available that can be added to external sites or circulated externally to divert candidates to apply for the job via RecruitDuo.

      Once the job has been created and Approved: 

      1. On the ‘Created Jobs’ page, select ‘View’ to the right of the job title.
      2. Below the job description and questions, Choose Link Tracker will appear.
      3. Select the relevant option from the dropdown.
      4. Hit ‘Copy External Link’

      This link can now be pasted to external sites. Applications made via this link, will store on RecruitDuo.

      Note: Some advertising platforms may not instantly have a link option available to you. You may need to liaise directly with your Account Manager for the external site.
