How to manage candidates in a job

Within RecruitDuo you can manage job candidates

  1. Go to Manager > RecruitDuo

  2. Under the job you wish to manage, click view.

  3. See (beside the candidates name) allows you to view their contact information, CV and record of emails sent.

  4. Under the comment section, you have the option to add a record or Send an Email to the candidate

  5. Return to View Candidate Table

  6. You can change the candidates' status.

  7. Click Send to email the candidate on their status, a standard email will appear; edit and click Submit 

  8. If you selected an interview stage, you can schedule a date and time.

  9. Unsuccessful allows you to remove a candidate from this list.
