How to view previously downloaded copies of the Pre Payroll report?

Managers with the following permissions can review historic downloads of the Pre-Payroll reports. These are exact copies of the download from the point in time that they were exported. 

• View Pre-Payroll Report
• View Pre-Payroll Records

1. Go to Manager > Reports
2. Search Pre-payroll Report, click the report to open it
3. In the top right corner select Records
4. Navigate to the relevant report period and choose Download
