How to repeat roster shifts for an individual employee

  1. Go to Roster > Set Staff Roster
  2. Choose the relevant roster
  3. Once shifts have been added and published for the specific period/employee, you can repeat the roster
  4. If you want to repeat an entire roster, click on Repeat on the bottom right of the roster
  5. If you want to repeat the roster for an individual employee, click the circular Repeat arrow icon beside the employee’s name
  6. Choose the week that you want to start the repeat from and select how many weeks you want to repeat for
  7. Click Submit and the roster is repeated for the period noted for the employee on that roster
