How to Publish your job to Indeed

If your company is opted into the Indeed Integration, the below steps can be followed.

Posting to Indeed requires a precise location of the job. When creating the job on RecruitDuo, the Location options are pulled from the Locations added to Company Settings. Please review the locations and edit  to ensure the addresses are accurate before proceeding to create a job and publish to Indeed.

1. In RecruitDuo, hit Create New Job and complete the relevant information including the Job details, Location, description, interview steps, Questions if applicable and the Employees who can view candidates.
2. Ensure the Publish Job toggle is set to Set as publish
3. Complete the remaining details if applicable and hit Submit.
4. On the Created Jobs page, ensure the Status of the relevant job is set to Approved and Published states Yes.
5. Once the job is both Approved and Published, the job has been posted to Indeed.
