How to allow employees to add their own objectives

  Method 1:

1. Click on the settings icon.

2. Select Company Settings

3. Choose Performance > Objective Setting

4. Toggle Can employees add own objectives? on.

  Method 2:

1. Click on the Performance Module.

2. Select from the last option of the righthand list called Performance Settings

3. Scroll down until Objective Settings
4. Toggle Can employees add own objectives? on.
