Add an Individual Objective

With permission, employees can add their own individual objectives

  1. Go to the Performance module.

  2. Select Objectives

  3. Choose My Objectives

  4. Click Add Objective

  5. Note the Priority of the Objective.

  6. Select a Start and Due Date of the Objective.

  7. Title and Describe the Objective.

  8. Add a File if needed.

  9. Click Submit

  10. You will then be able to view your Objective.
