Where do I find my invoices?

Where can I find my invoices from HR Duo?

  1. Invoices are automatically emailed from our accounts system each month.
  2. They are sent to the accounts contact given to our sales team during your onboarding process.  
  3. If you require an additional copy of an invoice you should raise a ticket, requesting the particular copies of the invoices you require.
  4. If you wish to change who receives the monthly invoice, please raise a ticket listing the new email address.
