      What is the difference between HR Duo Policies and My Policies?

      1. HR Duo Policies are the best practice compliant documents provided by HR Duo. 
      They are kept up to date and in line with legislation.


      2. Policies will appear in My Policies in the cases below;

      • If any new policy is created internally in the organisation
      • If the organisation has made any edits to HR Duo policies,they will now appear in ‘My Policies’.
      • If you issue a HR Duo policy, this will become a 'My Policy' even if there are no edits made.
