Request for amendment to contract
When the manager has ‘Requested Signature’ of the employee to sign the contract, the employee will receive an email & Action Request to view the contract. The Employee will click on the Action Request to view the contract.
- On the Action Request, click ‘View Contract’.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to the signing option.
- Select ‘More Actions’ & ‘Request a change’.
- Note the ‘Reason for Amendment’ & ‘Request Change’.
- The contract status will then flag ‘Amendment Requested’ and the manager will be notified via email and Action Request.
