Request for amendment to contract

When the manager has ‘Requested Signature’ of the employee to sign the contract, the employee will receive an email & Action Request to view the contract. The Employee will click on the Action Request to view the contract.

  1. On the Action Request, click ‘View Contract’.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the signing option.
  3. Select ‘More Actions’ & ‘Request a change’.
  4. Note the ‘Reason for Amendment’ & ‘Request Change’.
  5. The contract status will then flag ‘Amendment Requested’ and the manager will be notified via email and Action Request.
