Notification Manager

The Notifications sent by HR Duo for your company can be managed from within the Notification Manager

To open the Notification Manager:

  1. Click on the ⚙️ icon
  2. Select Notification Manager from the menu

 

Your Notification List

From this section, you can enable/disable notifications for specific employees

  • Select An Employee from the dropdown in the top right corner to review related notifications
  • You can review the Notification list and toggle Email and Mobile Push notifications on or off accordingly
  • Some notifications may already be disabled if they have been toggled off on a company wide basis from within the Company Notification List


Employee Notification Recipient 

This section relates to notifications sent regarding a specific employee or an action taken by that employee on the system

  • Select An Employee from the dropdown in the top right corner to review notifications relating to that employee
  • Under Who Can Receive you can determine the recipient of the listed notifications regarding the chosen employee


Company Notification List

This section will show a list of notifications sent by the HR Duo system and will note the recipient of the notification.

  • You can review the Notification list and toggle Email and Mobile Push notifications on or off accordingly
  • For some notifications, the user will receive the notification.
  • Where there is a drop down menu, you can decide if the user’s First  Line Manager, another Specific User or a Specific Email Address should be notified.
  • If a notification is toggled off from within the Company Notification List, they will be disabled on the Your Notification List for all employees.

 

Edit Notification Text

From here, the following emails can be edited on a Company wide basis by selecting ‘Edit Notification Text’ to the right of the Notification Name. The following notifications are available for editing:

  • Welcome Email
  • Reset Password Email
  • Pay Point Approved Notification

Alerts - confirmation from product needed

This section allows you to Enable/Disable alerts on the Roster in relation to statutory requirements and contractual information such as Minimum Rest Periods, Young Workers and scheduling employees over their Contracted Hours that have been inbuilt into our system to keep companies compliant

  • Select Manage on the right hand side of each Alert to toggle the alert on or off
