      How to view a chat created for an employee in ChatLog

      ChatDuo has been renamed ChatLog! You can view a chat after it's been created in ChatLog

      1. Go to Performance > ChatLog

      2. Select the relevant staff member from the Staff dropdown.

      3. Click See beside the chat.
