How to update a user’s Company Email Address (Username)
- Go to Manager > Staff list and click on the desired employee's name.
- In the Personal Details section, input the updated email address into the Company Email Address (Username) field
- Scroll down and hit Update Personal Details.
- Your changes are saved.
Note: Be sure to reset password so the employee can login with their new email address.
