How to set unsociable hours settings
- Go to Company Settings & choose Pre-Payroll
- Scroll down to Unsociable Hours Setting. This is where you can set unsociable hour premiums so that payroll reporting is correct.
- Click Add and then you will have an option to label (title) your unsociable premiums.
- You can assign employees to the setting by clicking on Attach Users. Then drag & drop employee names to the left hand side of the screen on the pop-up window.
- Select Add Timeframe - Staff who work during this specified period will be paid an associated premium.
- Type in the premium rate, Submit and your rule is set up.
Note: in the example below; if selected employees work between 19.00 & 22.00 on a Thursday and/or on a Friday, they will receive a premium of 150%.
