How to set unsociable hours settings



  1. Go to Company Settings & choose Pre-Payroll
  2. Scroll down to Unsociable Hours Setting. This is where you can set unsociable hour premiums so that payroll reporting is correct.
  3. Click Add and then you will have an option to label (title) your unsociable premiums.
  4. You can assign employees to the setting by clicking on Attach Users. Then drag & drop employee names to the left hand side of the screen on the pop-up window. 
  5. Select Add Timeframe - Staff who work during this specified period will be paid an associated premium. 
  6. Type in the premium rate, Submit and your rule is set up.

Note: in the example below; if selected employees work between 19.00 & 22.00 on a Thursday and/or on a Friday, they will receive a premium of 150%.
