How to create a Staff View Report
Staff view report will display a corresponding row for every staff member displaying their time and leave.
- Go to Manager > Reports > Employee > Pre-payroll Report
- Click on the settings cog icon
- On the pop-up window, select Display Settings on Screen > Staff View
- Staff View - For every staff member there is a corresponding row.
- In the Available Columns heading, click on the + icon beside the column names you want to display on the report. These selected column names will be displayed in the Currently Displayed heading.
- Click Save and the selected columns will be visible for viewing
To remove a selected column name, click on the cross icon to the right of the column name in the Currently displayed box
