How to create a Staff View Report

Staff view report will display a corresponding row for every staff member displaying their time and leave.





  1. Go to Manager > Reports > Employee > Pre-payroll Report
  2. Click on the settings cog icon
  3. On the pop-up window, select Display Settings on Screen > Staff View
    1. Staff View - For every staff member there is a corresponding row.
  4. In the Available Columns heading, click on the + icon beside the column names you want to display on the report. These selected column names will be displayed in the Currently Displayed heading.
  5. Click Save and the selected columns will be visible for viewing

To remove a selected column name, click on the cross icon to the right of the column name in the Currently displayed box
