How to create a Roster View Report

Roster view report would display a corresponding row for every roster of an individual staff member.





  1. Go to Manager > Reports > Employee > Pre-payroll Report
  2. Click on the settings icon
  3. On the pop-up window, select Display Settings on Screen > Roster View
    1. For every roster of an individual staff member, there is a corresponding row.
  4. In the Available Columns heading, click on the + icon beside the column names you want to display on the report. These selected column names will be displayed in the Currently Displayed heading.
  5. Click Save and the selected columns will be visible for viewing

To remove a selected column name, click on the cross icon to the right of the column name in the Currently displayed box
