How to Archive Policies (individually or in bulk)



  1. Go to the HR Content Hub.
  2. Select Policies.
  3. Find the policy you want to archive by searching by name or policy type.
  4. On the left hand side of the screen beside each policy you will see the Archive Icon.
  5. Click on the one you wish to archive.
  6. A warning message will double check and once you confirm, the policy will be archived.
  7. Alternatively, on the right hand side of the screen, use the Select Multiple option and tick the policies you wish to archive.
  8. Scroll to the bottom and choose Archive These Policies.
  9. A warning message will double check and once you confirm, the policy will be archived.
