How to Add Bulk Timecards (against a job)
Summary: Some companies will decide that employees can bulk add timecards daily/weekly as their means of documenting time. This time can be allocated against a job, though the bulk timecard option.

Go to the Time module.

Select Bulk Add Timecard.

Add in hours worked on the specific days, by entering in Start and End times for each day. You can also add in lunch break times.

If you are assigning time against a job, select Add TeamDuo.

Enter the hours you worked against the job and choose the job from the dropdown menu.

Click Apply once correct times against jobs have been added.

Select Submit - this will send the timecards to your manager for approval.

If you have submitted a timecard in error and need to edit, within the Time module, you can click on Pending, choose date, Edit or Delete.

Similarly, you can check on hours clocked by week, month or a specific period.
