How to add Block Leave dates (for an individual employee)

  1. Click Manager> Staff> Choose Employee> Leave
  2. Scroll down to Block Leave Date.
  3. Select the correct Prevent From Date and Prevent to Date and note a suitable description.
  4. If you have already applied a leave restriction in someone else’s profile, you can select ‘Copy Blocked Leaves From Other User’ & choose the employee.
  5. Clicking ‘Add Block Leave’ allows another option to block a particular day.
  6. Press ‘Update Blocked Dates’ to save.

Note:

  • If this employee attempts to book leave for these dates, the system will show a  message.

  • The employee will need to contact their manager directly if they wish to take leave during this period.
