How to add Block Leave dates (for an individual employee)
- Click Manager> Staff> Choose Employee> Leave
- Scroll down to Block Leave Date.
- Select the correct Prevent From Date and Prevent to Date and note a suitable description.
- If you have already applied a leave restriction in someone else’s profile, you can select ‘Copy Blocked Leaves From Other User’ & choose the employee.
- Clicking ‘Add Block Leave’ allows another option to block a particular day.
- Press ‘Update Blocked Dates’ to save.
Note:

If this employee attempts to book leave for these dates, the system will show a message.

The employee will need to contact their manager directly if they wish to take leave during this period.
