How to add a working pattern to an employee's profile

Managers can add working patterns to employee profiles

  1. Go to Manager > Staff
  2. Click on the employee’s name.
  3. Select Contract Details 
  4. Scroll down to Working Pattern Hours 
  5. Select if each day is a working day or non working day from the drop down menu under Working Days
  6. Under Start Time and End time enter relevant times; e.g. 9:00 and 17:00

             OR

under Required Hours input the total hours required for each day (if the start and end time are changeable).

  1. Input break time in minutes under Break column (if required).
  2. Click Create Contract Record to save to the employee's profile.
