Create a new Role in Company Settings

Roles are a group of permissions that can be created within Company Settings and easily attached to employees. This is very useful if you have new employees coming onboard and you want to apply particular permissions in bulk

  1. Click on the ⚙️ icon
  2. Select Company Settings from the dropdown menu
  3. Select Roles from the left menu
  4. Click Add Role
  5. Add a Title and Description and hit Save
  6. Select the Role you have created from the list
  7. Toggle on the permissions that you wish to attach to this Role
  8. Click on the three dots in the top right corner
  9. Choose Assign To Employees from the dropdown
  10. Drag & Drop relevant Employees into the left section
  11. Hit Apply to attach these permissions to the Employee profiles.
