Default Profile Settings
Managers can add default profiles applicable to select individual(s) or department(s) in Company Settings. This is very useful if you have new employees coming onboard and you want to apply particular settings in bulk

Click on your Profile Icon.

Select Company Settings.

Choose Default Profile Settings > Add Profile

Title and Describe your profile and press Save

Select the added Profile and click +

From the dropdown menu, pick the field you would like to use.
In this instance;
Choose Currency → (GBP)
Country (for Public Holidays) → United Kingdom and Leave Type Category → UK
You may want all employees to have clock-in turned off on the app and browser.
In this case; Choose Allow Mobile Clock-In – Toggle off
Choose Dashboard Clock-In Type → No Dashboard Clock In/Out

Click Save Fields once you have added the required fields.

Click the 3 dots on the right hand side and select Assign from the drop down.

Drag and drop employee name(s) or the department(s) this profile applies to Currently Attached.

Press Apply to assign the profile to the selected employees.
Note: Default Profile can be selected when adding new staff to the system - on the Add Staff page
