Adding Company Objectives

Managers can add company objectives

  1. Go to the Performance module.

  2. Select Objectives

  3. Select Company 

  4. And Add Objective

  5. Note the priority of the objective.

  6. Select start and end date of the objective.

  7. Toggle Is Objective Private to hide it from the employee’s view.

  8. Title and describe the objective.

  9. Add a file if needed.

  10. Press Submit

  11. You will then be able to view your Company Objective
