Verifying Hours & Approving Rosters (Manager)

Summary: The new Approve All button allows managers to approve all hours worked for the period for that employee with one click.

  1. Go to Roster.

  2. Select Confirm Staff Payroll.

  3. Choose the week

  4. Click on View beside the employee’s name.

  5. Hours in green are auto-selected, based on the Auto Payroll Hours Settings and are those that populate the Paid Time and Unpaid Break fields.

  6. Click Approve All, to approve these in one click.

  7. When all shifts for the person have been approved for the week, a green tick appears against their name for the period.

  8. The employee can now also see the approved hours in their My Payroll Confirmation.
