How to set policies to active for acknowledgment (for particular staff members)

  1. To send a policy out to particular employees to sign, go to ConnectDuo > Policies

  2. Ensure there is no Policy Type chosen.

  3. Make sure to deselect Select Employees > All Employees

  4. Save the policy.

  5. In ConnectDuo Policies, there are 3 statuses; Active, Publish and Issue

  6. Active indicates that the policy is complete and ready for use.

  7. When Publish is enabled for an Active policy, this publishes it to the Information and Guidance section, making it accessible to staff.

  8. When Issue is enabled for an Active policy, this triggers the system to send it out to the relevant staff members for acknowledgement.
