How to send forms to an employee

Forms can be sent to employees

  1. Go to the HR Content Hub

  2. Select Forms

  3. Choose the form you would like employees to fill out.

  4. Select Send

  5. Click and drag the employee names from All Available Users to Currently Attached

  6. You can add a message if required.

  7. Choose the manager(s) who should receive the results.

  8. Toggle Schedule Form on, to send on a chosen date.

  9. Toggle Save Result To Employee's Resources to save to the employee’s resources.

  10. Press Submit to send the form to the staff members.
