How to send a Confidentiality Statement to a new employee

When an employee has been created as a user on HR Duo you can issue them a Confidentiality Statement

  1. Go to HR Content Hub

  2. Choose Contracts

  3. Select Templates, choose the Confidentiality Statement template

  4. Select Create Contract

  5. Choose the Employee and their Manager. 

  6. Complete the Fields, select Save

  7. Select View Preview to review the Confidentiality statement. 

  8. Select Submit, the Confidentiality statement will be In-Process

  9. The Confidentiality statement can now be Requested for signature to Employee and Manager. 

  10. Once signed by both parties, you can then mark it as complete under the Complete section.
