How to raise a ticket (Desktop)

HR Duo users can raise tickets to get help with any issues

  1. Click on the Tickets icon located on the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Select Add Ticket
  3. Add a title to your ticket. 
  4. Write a short summary of your query in the description box.
  5. Choose a category of issue.
  6. Add a file if necessary.
  7. Press Submit
  8. Click the eye icon to view information about the ticket.
