How to raise a ticket (Desktop)
HR Duo users can raise tickets to get help with any issues
- Click on the Tickets icon located on the bottom right of the screen.
- Select Add Ticket
- Add a title to your ticket.
- Write a short summary of your query in the description box.
- Choose a category of issue.
- Add a file if necessary.
- Press Submit
- Click the eye icon to view information about the ticket.
