How to delete an employee’s declined leave request

Managers can delete declined leave requests

  1. Go to Leave in the top menu.

  2. Choose the relevant staff member from the Choose Staff drop down menu.

  3. Select Declined from the menu

  4. Click Delete to the right of the leave request to remove.

  5. Press OK on the pop-up window and the leave request will be deleted.

Note: A declined leave request must be deleted in order for the employee to submit another leave request for any of the dates included in the initial request.
