How to create a user on the system once the contract has been signed by both parties

 

  1. Go to the HR Duo Content Hub

  2. Select Contracts

  3. Choose Complete from the column on the left. 

  4. Select the employee you want to create as a user.

  5. Click Create User

  6. Toggle Active Status on if you want to make the employee active.

  7. Toggle Place Staff In Pre Employment to send starter forms to the employee.

  8. Choose the correct Staff Level from the dropdown menu.

  9. Check that all information is correct.

Note: Change the employee’s Email if you would like them to use their work email address.

10. Click Submit
