How to create a contract for a new employee
You can create a new contract for an employee digitally through the HR Duo platform.
- Go to HR Content Hub > Contracts > Templates
- Click on Create Contract beside the template you would like to issue
- Select New Employee
- Input the employee’s First Name, Last Name, and Email you would like to send the contract to
- Press Submit
- On the pop-up window, select No, proceed to Fields
- Fill in the necessary fields and click Continue
- Review the contract to check if all information is correct and click Continue
- On the next window, click Save & Exit
- The contract is now created and In-Process
