How to create a contract for a new employee

You can create a new contract for an employee digitally through the HR Duo platform.

  1. Go to HR Content Hub > Contracts > Templates
  2. Click on Create Contract beside the template you would like to issue
  3. Select New Employee 
  4. Input the employee’s First Name, Last Name, and Email you would like to send the contract to
  5. Press Submit
  6. On the pop-up window, select No, proceed to Fields
  7. Fill in the necessary fields and click Continue
  8. Review the contract to check if all information is correct and click Continue
  9. On the next window, click Save & Exit
  10. The contract is now created and In-Process
