How to create a contract for a new employee

You can create a new contract for an employee digitally through the HR Duo platform.

  1. Click HR Content Hub

  2. Select Contracts

  3. Choose Templates from the left section.

  4. Select the correct contract to issue by hovering over the template and clicking Create Contract

  5. For a new employee, leave this button on.

  6. Fill out the required fields, e.g. Name, Email, Position, Start Date, Manager. 

  7. Then click Complete Fields and fill out the required fields there.

  8. If selected, named managers can edit contracts.

  9. Click View Preview to check if all information is correct on the contract.

  10. Click Submit

  11. The contract is now created and In-Process
