Complete process of creating and completing Performance Reviews
Managers will need the following permissions to carry out performance reviews:
- View by team
- Manage Reviews
- Review Employees
- View performance reports
Send a Self-Assessment to an Employee

Click on Performance module.

Click Reviews.

Click Team Members Reviews.

Select Employee.
-
Click Send Self Assessment.

Select template and click Send.

Add a message if required.

Select due date.

Click Submit.
View an employee’s completed self-assessment

Go to the Performance module.

Click on Reviews > Team Members Reviews

Choose the Employee.

Click Self Assessments
-
Select View beside the self-assessment.
Create a manager review with the employee

Click on the Performance module.

Select Reviews
-
Choose Team Members Reviews

Select the relevant Employee
-
Click Create Review

Select template and click Create Review

Select date and click Create
You will receive a reminder before the review date. This allows you to have a performance review in the diary. Note: you can Complete Review without creating a review.
Fill out a Review

Click on the Performance module.

Choose Reviews
-
Click Team Members Reviews
-
Select the relevant Employee
-
See Reviews and Complete Review

Once completed, click Submit
-
Completed reviews can be checked in the Completed tab.
Note: Self-Assessments or 360 Reviews previously completed, would pull through to the right of Reviews.
View completed reviews

Go to the Performance module.

Click on Reviews > Team Members Reviews

Choose the Employee.

Click Completed
-
Press Open Review beside a review template to view.
View completed reviews on the Performance Report

Go to Manager > Reports > Performance
-
Select Performance Report
-
Choose the employee’s name from the Staff dropdown.

Scroll through the options at the top of the screen.
