How to check if a form has been sent to employees

In the HR Content Hub, you can check if Forms have been sent to employees

  1. Go to the HR Content Hub

  2. Select Forms

  3. Choose the form you would like to check.

  4. Click Info and this will note who has completed the form.

  5. The status will show Complete in green or Incomplete in red.

  6. Click Send Reminder if you want to remind the employee to fill in the form.
