How to change Performance rating

Managers can edit and change Performance ratings

1. Click on the settings icon.

2. Select Company Settings

3. Choose Performance > Review Ratings

4. Click Edit

5. Make the necessary changes.

6. You can delete a review rating by clicking Remove and or add a new rating by clicking Add Rating

7. Once you click Save, the review ratings will then appear on the manager review template.
