How to change Performance rating

1. Click on the settings icon.

2. Select Company Settings

3. Choose Performance > Review Ratings

4. Select the review type you want to change

5. Click Edit

6. Make the necessary changes.

7. You can delete a review rating by clicking Remove and or add a new rating by clicking Add Rating

8. Once you click Confirm, the review ratings will then appear on the manager review template.

Option 2:

1. Go to the Performance module.
2. Click on Performance Settings on the left-hand side menu.
3. Scroll down to Review Ratings.
4. Choose the type of review you want to change the reminders to.
   
5. Click Edit.
6. Make the necessary changes.

7. You can delete a review rating by clicking Remove and or add a new rating by clicking Add Rating.

8. Once you press Confirm, the ratings will appear on the reviews template.
