How to Add Timecards

Some companies will decide that employees can add timecards daily/weekly as their means of documenting time.

  1. Go to the Time module.

  2. Click on Add Timecard.

  3. Choose the date in question and the associated time worked.

  4. Send New Timecard Request to your Line Manager. Your manager will then receive notification of time submitted and can approve.

  5. If you have submitted a timecard in error and need to edit, you can click on Pending, choose date, Edit or Delete.

  6. You can also check on hours clocked by week, month or a specific period.
