How to add a secondary rate for an employee (contract addendum)

Complete a contract addendum if there is a change to the current secondary rate.

  1. Go to Manager > Staff
  2. Click on the employees’ name.
  3. Select Contract Details from the left section.
  4. Click the second button, Make Addendum, located on the right corner of the Contract box.
  5. On the pop-up window scroll down to Secondary Hourly Rates 
  6. Click +Add
  7. Note the Rank, Position, Hourly Rate and select the correct Effective Date 
  8. Press Submit to save the changes made
  9. The Contract Timeline will be displayed at the bottom of the page
