How to add a leaving date
A leaving date can be added to an employee's contract

Click on Manager > Staff > Choose relevant staff member.

Select Contract Details

Add in the Leaving Date

A pop-up window will appear to let you know that all roster shifts after the leaving date will be deleted. Click OK

Choose a Leaving Reason from the drop down menu.

Click Update to save this information.

Clicking OK on the pop-up window will direct you to the off-boarding report.
