How to add a leaving date

A leaving date can be added to an employee's contract

  1. Click on Manager > Staff > Choose relevant staff member.

  2. Select Contract Details 

  3. Add in the Leaving Date

  4. A pop-up window will appear to let you know that all roster shifts after the leaving date will be deleted. Click OK

  5. Choose a Leaving Reason from the drop down menu.

  6. Click Update to save this information.

  7. Clicking OK on the pop-up window will direct you to the off-boarding report.
