Add photo to an Employee Profile

Once added, an employee’s photo will appear in several places on the system; on the Staff list, in the Personal Details section of their Profile, on the Organisation Chart and in the Roster

Acceptable file types: JPEG and PNG Max size limit 20Mb.

  1. Click on Manager > Staff and select the relevant Staff member.

  2. On the Personal Details tab, find the Staff Profile Picture section.

  3. You can drag and drop the picture or click on the box to select the file from your computer.

  4. Click Upload Profile Picture
  5. Click Update Personal Details to save it.
  6. This picture now displays on the Staff list, in the Personal Details section of the employee’s Profile, on the Organisation Chart and in the Roster

  7. An employee also has access to add their own photo to their profile.
