Add a Team Objective

You can add Team Objectives for different groups of employees

  1. Go to the Performance module

  2. Select Objectives

  3. Choose Team Members Objectives

  4. Click Add Objective

  5. Select employee(s)  to attach to Objective

  6. Note the Priority of the Objective

  7. Select a Start and Due date

  8. Toggle Is Objective Private to hide it from the employees view

  9. Title and Describe the Objective

  10. Add a File if needed

  11. Click Submit

  12. You will then be able to view your Team Objective
