How to add own training record
Note: Training types will have to be added in company settings before employees can add their own training records
- Click on Settings⚙️
- Select View Profile
- Choose Training & Qualification from left sections
- Press Add Training
- Choose the Name of training from the dropdown
- Stand By: This means that the training needs to be completed at some point in the future. If training has been completed, you do not need to toggle this
- Note the start date, renewal date, and renewal reminder date
- If renewal is not required then toggle off Renewal Required
- You can note if certified or not
- There is an option to add a file if required
- Click Submit to save the training record to your profile
