How to add a secondary rate for an employee (contract correction)

Complete a correction if the secondary rate in the profile is incorrect.

  1. Go to Manager > Staff
  2. Click on the employees’ name
  3. Select Contract Details from the left sections
  4. Choose Make Correction located on the right corner of the Contract box
  5. On the pop-up window scroll down to Secondary Hourly Rates 
  6. Click +Add
  7. Note the Rank, Position, and Hourly Rate
  8. Press Submit
